Carl Oldsberg has over 25 years of global hospitality experience. He is currently the CEO of eBerry by Strawberry and Chief Digital Officer for Strawberry (formerly Nordic Choice Hotels), a leading hotel operator in the Nordics. In this role, he is responsible for the commercial areas, technology and the digital guest journey. Carl recently directed the re-branding process for Nordic Choice Hotels to become Strawberry. Going from a hotel company to a hospitality provider offering a world of experiences.
Oldsberg joined eBerry by Strawberry in 2021 to assume his current leadership position. Prior to working at eBerry, Carl oversaw the international portfolio and franchise operations outside North America at Choice Hotels International, for more than 1,200 franchisees in over 35 countries.
Before working at Choice Hotels International, Oldsberg was Vice President of Revenue and Distribution for Nordic Choice Hotels. There, he pioneered and developed the company's revenue and distribution system, implementing the first dynamic pricing strategy for corporate clients in Scandinavia.
Earlier in his career, Oldsberg worked for Revenue Management Solutions, a leader in pricing solutions for the retail and restaurant industries. Oldsberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and was awarded "Top 20 extraordinary minds in European travel and hospitality" by HSMAI.
