Heidi has over 15 years of experience in the industry and is Managing Director at JLL 's Hotels & Hospitality Group in EMEA.
Heidi is leading the operator selection business in EMEA, having acquired an unparalleled knowledge of various brands, concepts and in the negotiation of lease and management agreements, supporting investors to unlock value from hotel assets and projects. She fulfills this responsibility alongside her role as head of the German-speaking countries where she continues to initiate and successfully complete complex advisory and investment sales mandates with her team.
From 2015 to 2017, Heidi worked for Art-Invest Real Estate, where she was responsible for the asset management of the group's hotel funds and gained extensive experience in managing mixed-use properties. Furthermore, she was also involved in development projects, such as the re-development of an office building into a 174-room boutique hotel in Munich and is hence adept with projects involving change of use.
Prior to her start with JLL in 2007, Heidi worked in the hotel real estate advisory sector at PKF hotelexperts and Treugast Solutions Group. Following her professional training with Sheraton in Frankfurt, she was able to broaden her expertise in the international hotel industry by working in several operational and administrative departments for a luxury hotel in Italy.
