Zaneta Sedilekova is a Director of climate and biodiversity risk at the consultancy firm Planet Law Lab.
As a qualified lawyer, she specialises in advising governments and companies on the risks and opportunities associated with climate change and nature loss. Examples of her work include training of corporate boards and government officials on the intricacies of climate and nature legal frameworks and developing implementation tools.
Zaneta has co-authored several reports on nature risks, including “Addressing biodiversity loss – revolution or evolution of English law?” for The Law Society of England and Wales, and “Biodiversity Risk: Legal Implications for Companies and their Directors” for the Commonwealth Climate and Law Initiative. She regularly speaks about climate and nature risk at conferences, webinars and other events.
