Clinic operator acquires Atlantic Kempinski Hamburg
Hamburg. The Atlantic Hotel in Hamburg, managed by Kempinski, has been sold to the clinic operator Asklepios. Asklepios already has experience in the luxury hotel industry and operates a hotel with adjoining clinic in Bad Griesbach.
Re-opening: Atlantic Hamburg is back on the water
Hamburg. Hotel Atlantic Kempinski Hamburg finally caught up with international luxury standards. The renovation worth 30 million Euro was celebrated with 800 guests last week. But the property has not been sold yet.
Kempinski Gravenbruch sold
Gravenbruch/Frankfurt. One and a half years after investor Dieter Bock died, the first of his hotels belonging to Octavian Hotel Holding has been sold. The Kempinski Hotel Gravenbruch near Frankfurt, a severely neglected hotel, will switch ownership on December 1, 2011.
Dieter Bock has passed away
Hamburg. Hotel investor Dieter Bock passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday night in Hamburg. He was 71 years old. Bock ownes a range of Kempinski properties.
