Caroline is a member of the Executive Management team with responsibility for the entire ESG area in Pandox, which involves 162 hotel properties in 11 countries in Europe.
Under her leadership Science Based Targets have been approved. The first part of the road map to reach the targets for Scope 1 and 2 is already signed by the Board of Directors with earmarked funding of 29M EUR secured. The ambition is to present the road map for scope 3 during 2025.
Pandox' first six green agreements have been signed, green executive incentives has been implemented and 16 out of 24 of the properties within own operation is now BREAAM certified at level Very Good. The sustainability-linked portion of the loan portfolio rose from 6 percent to 45 percent from 2023 to 2024. Further, an extensive D&I-program and Group-targets were implemented and rolled out during 2023. Pandox did its first fully aligned CSRD reporting for 2024.
She is a Board Member of Prisma Properties, a stock listed real estate company in Sweden.
She previously held various communication management roles including Investor Relations and Communication Manager at listed Nordic companies within the bank- and telecommunication industry. She started her career in accounting and corporate finance.
Caroline is also a member of the Energy & Environment Alliance's Capital Committee (EEA), European Public Real Estate Association’s Sustainability Committee (EPRA), part of Fastighetsägarna’s Sustainability Council, which is Sweden’s real estate trade association and member of the Strategic Council at Sweden Green Building Council. She holds a Bachelor Degree in accounting from the University of Lund.
