The most important dates have already been noted in the 2025 calendar. The 27th Expo Real in Munich will take place from 6-8 October. The hospitality cluster is growing and networking is becoming increasingly important. This time, the joint stand "World of Hospitality" will feature two Get-together events.

Expo Real Munich is expanding its portfolio to include a trade fair in Asia. The new event, which will take place in Singapore from 15-17 June 2026, will bring together the most important players in the real estate, infrastructure and investment sectors in the Asia-Pacific region.

The property sector is looking ahead despite difficult economic conditions. That is the conclusion of the Expo Real management. It also sees the stable number of participants as a positive signal.
