Since the company was founded in December 2015 by Prof. Dr. h.c. Stephan Gerhard, the company has been developing steadily and is thus in a continuous growth process. Whereas at the beginning there were only two hotels, supervised by a management contract, in the meantime seven hotels belong to Fidelity Hotels & Resorts GmbH.
Thanks to the expertise of the managing director Frédéric Schmidt and his growing team in the background, it is possible to steadily take over existing businesses, to continue their uniqueness and at the same time to develop them further. In addition to taking over existing businesses, new openings are also part of the portfolio. The aim is always to focus on the well-being of the guest as well as on the economic success.
Due to the individual possibilities of each house, stays and experiences are offered for different target groups. This is another reason why the brand Fidelity Hotels und Resorts GmbH only appears in the background, because the USP of each individual hotel is to be strengthened and maintained. At the same time, the company creates planning security for the hotels through central structures. Central controlling and extended standards create the necessary conditions for economic success. Synergies are optimally utilised in this way.
