Geneva. The Global Hotel Alliance, an international hotel association lead by Kempinski, has founded a new company and brought in a technology partner. GHA-CEO Christopher Hartley also confirmed that negotiations were being held with further partners as well as announcing the first of the new Shaza Hotels.
