Berlin. The sale of the Austrian tourism portal Tiscover to the Cologne based reservation platform HRS stands certain*. The deal will be officially complete in the next few weeks. With its first acquisition after 35 years of business, HRS secures its market position both inland and abroad. Austria's hotel industry now hopes to see better international marketing. Tourist organisations using the Destination Management System will, however, face increased costs.
