UBM and IHG on new common paths

Vienna/Frankfurt. The UBM Realitaetenentwicklung AG with its headquarters in Vienna is strengthening its partnership with the InterContinental Hotel Group. In the future, the developer wants to further develop its house-internal competences in construction and management of hotel real estate – and likewise with IHG projects in Germany.
