In March 2020, MASEVEN opened its first property with over 300 units in the immediate vicinity of the Munich Exhibition Center. Since then, the serviced apartment hotel brand has continued to grow: MASEVEN Munich Messe Trudering followed with 176 units, MASEVEN Frankfurt Central Gutleutviertel and MASEVEN Offenbach are already in the implementation phase with a planned opening in 2024, and there are concrete negotiations for other locations.


The core of the houses is the Open Lobby 4.0, which does not require any walls or doors. It combines many more elements than a conventional lobby: bar & restaurant, cinema, lounge, fitness, co-working, conference table, 24/7 supermarket and the pink laundromat.


Digitization and sustainability are other central components of the brand. With the chemical-free cleaning of the house, pure ECO electricity and BIO gas supply and the completely digital guest journey, MASEVEN is breaking new ground. Electromobility through a variety of e-car charging options and the rental of bamboo e-bikes complete the concept.


The cornerstones of the concept:

All apartments are furnished to a high standard, including a kitchenette and kitchen equipment. The gastronomic offer includes the pizza and wok station as well as the coffee bar and the New York cocktail trolley. Lounge corner with cinema, fitness equipment, 24/7 supermarket and the pink laundromat incl. DJ desk ensure a dynamic and unique atmosphere. Co-working space and a separable conference area complement the open lobby.

We are looking for: Project developments and conversion projects in Central Europe, in locations with a high demand for accommodation and temporary housing in A and B locations with good transport connections. Suitable are properties from 80 units, between 19-35 m² net apartment area and an open lobby with at least 300 m², with flowing functional transitions.
