New EU Package Travel Directive adopted

The European Parliament and the EU Council agreed this week on a revised EU Package Travel Directive. The main focus is on clearer definitions. The DRV (German Federal Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators) takes a largely positive view of the new regulations.
