Stay Kooook optimises its space concept once again and focuses on workation

The serviced apartement brand Stay Kooook made a name for itself four years ago with a sliding partition between the kitchen and the sleeping area. Now it has introduced the third room concept, which gives the room a stronger workation touch. The kitchen is no longer automatically included for short-stay guests.

The new space miracle: a rolling bed

Zurich/Olten. Little room and lots of flexibility, this is the Gordian knot that the Swiss company SV Hotel wants to solve with its new product "Stay Kooook". Its approach focuses on the most central piece of hotel furniture: the bed. The idea is to tuck it away under another piece of furniture so creating extra space for a cosy living room feeling over just 22 sqm. In a showroom in Olten near Zurich, the Swiss operator, which up to now has only been active as Marriott franchise partner, presented its first own brand. The first two locations for Stay Kooook are fixed. Investors are sought for expansion.
