Atlanta. Three and a half years into their partnership, PKF Consulting, Inc. and Colliers International announced that they will further leverage their relationship by co-branding within the United States.

Beijing. Gross Operating Profit levels of the 5-star hotel sector in China have fallen to the lowest level recorded in the eight years the "China Hotel Industry Study" has been published.

Berlin. China's exports have already acquired for it the title of the new world champion. The chain will expand with hotels in two categories and combine the competence acquired previously in real estate development and hotel operation. Innside Premium Hotels developed originally from the Koellmann group.

Bern. In spite of hard times for the Swiss luxury hotel industry, the Bellevue Palace in Bern will be renovated this summer for 13 million CHF. Schweizerhof in Bern will also be given new life as the next 5-star hotel. Quite unnoticed by the public, the new owner has compensated small shareholders in a very unusual manner.
