The chain will expand with hotels in two categories and combine the competence acquired previously in real estate development and hotel operation. Innside Premium Hotels developed originally from the Koellmann group.
Bern. In spite of hard times for the Swiss luxury hotel industry, the Bellevue Palace in Bern will be renovated this summer for 13 million CHF. Schweizerhof in Bern will also be given new life as the next 5-star hotel. Quite unnoticed by the public, the new owner has compensated small shareholders in a very unusual manner.
