Munich. Despite everything, the European hotel industry is in good shape, trusting its abilities to navigate uncertainty and quickly recover from difficulties. Frankfurt. The German hotel investment market remains as popular as ever. Even institutional investors are meanwhile getting on board with projects. National buyers are also expanding their share relative to international buyers. Especially popular are 4-star hotels, whereas budget hotel transactions have fallen sharply for lack of supply.

Munich. With one location in Berlin, the Dutch hotel group The Student Hotel enters the German market for the first time. There as well as in other European countries, the hostel group from the Netherlands is following its ambitious expansion plans.
