Augsburg. Transaction volume on the hotel real estate market has dropped significantly. Munich. Stefan Schoerghuber is now fighting before the Federal Constitutional Court against the failed conversion of the historical Kaltenbrunn estate in Bavaria into a luxury hotel. In early August, there were rumours about an appeal for the right to be heard before the Bavarian Constitutional Court. The lawsuit will cause a massive delay for the project in any case.
