Top 200: not the best, but satisfactory

Frankfurt/Stuttgart. Last year, the 200 most profitable hotels in Germany managed to pick up the thread of the extraordinary successful World Cup year. In 2007, the "Top 200" hotels increased their turnover by 4.7 percent compared to last year. In comparison to the peak result of 2006, this is a respectable result. All in all, the most profitable individual hotels generated a net turnover of 3.08 billion euros. With this, they again make up for about one third of the total turnover of Germany's hospitality industry.
