Rostock. Deutsche Seereederei has announced that it will only develop its hotel properties in an ESG-compliant manner and in accordance with the EU Green Deal. It does not give any details.

Augsburg. The Serviced Apartment segment, which already proved more resistant than the classic hotel industry during the crisis, remains successful in Germany: Already be this summer and in September, it was recording close to pre-corona levels again. Frankfurt. Germany's hotel market is enjoying strong domestic demand, but will likely struggle until 2024 - depending on property type and location.
