About the survey:
23 asset managers and institutional investors took part in the survey in the period from 30 August 2023 to 15 September 2023, 56 percent of which manage real estate assets of more than one billion euros. 29 percent have properties in the German A locations in their portfolio, 45 percent in German B locations and 27 percent in the rest of Europe. 42 percent of the respondents are invested in the residential asset class, 32 percent in the office segment, 10 percent in retail, four percent in logistics and 1 percent in hotel.
