Another lawsuit against Booking in Spain and France

Two law firms are bundling claims for damages against the OTA in a new class action. This is based on the judgement of the CJEU from September 2024.

Booking.com has faced multiple protests in front of its headquarters in Amsterdam in the last months, driven by allegations of listing properties in Israeli settlements within the occupied Palestinian territories. The company’s dominant position in Europe has also come under criticism as the EU officially designates Booking.com a "gatekeeper".
