Hospitality targets low-skilled workers

The hospitality industry is still grappling with significant labour shortages. Here are three approaches to solve this issue. France successfully called for the government's help to ease recruitment, the Netherlands and the US are offering more money and better benefits…but at what cost? 

Immigrant employees are well represented particularly in so-called bottleneck or shortage occupations and are an important source of support - in addition to construction and food production, the catering and hotel industries are among the sectors struggling to find service staff.
