Hanover/Frankfurt. Be it good or bad - a hotel’s image quickly spreads via Internet portals. They soon and immediately notice the effect of a bad evaluation as guests stay away. TUI wants to prevent this with its new hotel consultancy service. The tour operator announced its new activities at the ITB already in March. So far, only TUI hotels have taken advantage of the consultancy service.
