Madrid. With a turnover of 107.6 million euros, the Room Mate Group has achieved the best annual accounts in its history. The company has an ambitious expansion plan for 2020, with the opening of 10 hotels and 16 apartment buildings in the next 18 months – including the first hotel under the new brand Room Mate Beach.

Vienna. Austria's transaction market has a new record result for 2019. Hotel properties worth EUR 1.26 billion were traded, 40% above the previous record from 2016. Demand is unbroken.
