Frankfurt. The German hotel investment market has suffered losses of an unprecedented magnitude due to Corona. In just eight transactions between April and the end of June, investors took 260 million euros to buy hotel properties. Three months earlier, 1 billion euros and 27 transactions could still be accounted for.
