Frankfurt/Munich. The 4th quarter of 2019 was the strongest quarter ever seen in terms of hotel transactions, CBRE reports looking back over the past year. The hotel investment market in Germany turned over EUR 4.85 billion in 2019, 24.5% more than in 2018. According to JLL, foreign capital investment in particular doubled. Yet yields continued to decline.
