Augsburg/Hamburg. Sentiment on the hotel investment market has dampened in spring 2016 - nevertheless, the market assessment remains positive overall and at a high level. Hanover. Independent of each other but almost simultaneously, two new reports on the Serviced Apartment market in Germany have just been published. Whilst a compact "Market Overview" still sees the segment as a niche, a more comprehensive "Market Report" states that temporary accommodation is now solidly established. The segment will grow by 30% by the end of 2018, also thanks to the efforts of international chains now in on the game.
