The end of Wimdu

Berlin/London. Seven years after its start and after two sales, the sharing portal Wimdu will be closed down by the end of this year. This was officially confirmed by the company yesterday. For the American financial investor Platinum Equity, the company's debt burden was simply too high. At one time, Wimdu started off as Airbnb's competitor.
