The HospitalityInside Think Tank (HITT) has attracted further international and high-calibre experts for its focus on innovation on the second day of the event in Amsterdam: a specialist in Emerging Technologies from the Saudi Arabian city of the future NEOM, a researcher and human robot professor from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands and the CEO of the cloud-based property management solution for hotels, Mews, which has just become a unicorn. The HospitalityInside Think Tank (HITT) 2024 has several firsts in store. The Think Tank is moving from Berlin to Amsterdam and Heleri Rande is replacing Xenia zu Hohenlohe in the moderation team. The final title is "Adapt and Transform: Mastering Hospitality ESG and Innovate with Hospitality Tech Labs". Sustainability no longer works without technologisation, just as AI, robots, AR and VR will transform everyday hotel life. It will be intense and colourful!

The HITT has taken place six times so far, mostly in Berlin and on a ship. With the move of this Thought Leadership Event to Amsterdam next June, we will no longer be on the water, but right by the water - in a different, unconventional creative location, in the centre of the city of free spirits. For two days, we will be discussing sustainability and innovation.
