Expo Real talk on digitised real estate: The old problem remains

Munich. With new technology and digital networking, real estate can now be designed in ways that save both investors and operators lots of money and yet still generate higher sales. As it stands though, it is generally the case that neither side is prepared to share in the additional costs nor can they agree on a fair distribution. This means some investors are foregoing the introduction of modern digital solutions. A vicious circle that should be brought to an end soon.

The travel platform TripAdvisor has published its first-ever Review Transparency Report, revealing never-before-shared details about its review moderation processes, as well as statistical data on the volume of fake review attempts targeted at the platform in 2018.In addition, the report revealed both the total volume of ratings submitted to TripAdvisor in 2018 and a detailed breakdown of ratings that were either blocked or removed.
