Berlin. With over 1,300 participants from 55 countries, this year's International Hotel Investment Forum developed into a gigantic event. Improvement of content, however, didn't keep up with increase in size. "Nothing new" was the response of several participants to the sessions and discussions on stage, who then quickly disappeared back into the foyer to continue networking. Back inside, various speakers tried to enthuse an audience with tips on how to navigate safely through such stormy seas.
