Berlin. German tourists remain an important travel benchmark: This year, they make earlier reservations again, Spain and Italy remain the most popular destinations. Overall, travel behaviour is set to change very little compared to 2019. But German tourists are not entirely predictable, after all, 42% are planning to visit a destination for the first time. And despite the continuing climate debate: The number of long-haul flights continues to rise with passengers "preferring to compensate than to do without". Madrid. With a turnover of 107.6 million euros, the Room Mate Group has achieved the best annual accounts in its history.
