Von Tools zu einem neuen Mindset

Als am zweiten Tag des HITT 2025 Think Tanks in Brüssel der Regen einsetzte, verlagerte sich der Schwerpunkt der Gespräche von Konzepten zu konkreten Tools. Am Nachmittag wurden intensive Diskussionen darüber geführt, was Technologie und Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) für die Hospitality-Branche heute bedeuten und nicht erst in ferner Zukunft.

Der Weltuntergang ist auf später verschoben

Ein Grundstück kaufen und darauf ein Hotel bauen? Das reicht nicht mehr aus. Die Natur hat Vorrang. Stakeholder fordern die Wiederbelebung der Biodiversität und die soziale Integration der Einheimischen. Die Klimarisiken steigen, die Destinationen und Investoren kämpfen. Der 8. HITT Think Tank zeigte den Weg zu "Regenerative Hospitality" auf. Zwei Tage intensive Debatten in Brüssel.
